Bylaws

Local Lodge 1932 bylaws were amended in July, 2009 and were approved and accepted by the Grand Lodge on October 1, 2009. The Grand Lodge looked over our bylaws again on January 1, 2010 and has amended our bylaws to assure they are concurrent with the IAM Constitution.

Proposals for new amendments will be accepted up until April 15, 2010.

Please click here to download a bylaw proposal form. If proposing a change in the bylaws, please fill out the form completely and either hand in to a member of the bylaw committee, bring to the April 1st local lodge meeting, or fax to 323-325-9600. A first reading of all proposals will take place on May 4th at our local lodge meeting and the second reading and vote will take place at our local lodge meeting on June 1st.
