Bylaws

 

Local Lodge 1932 bylaws were amended in July, 2009 and were approved and  accepted by the Grand Lodge on October 1, 2009.  The Grand Lodge looked over our bylaws again on January 1, 2010 and has amended our bylaws to assure they are concurrent with the IAM Constitution.

 

Local Lodge 1932 Bylaws

Proposals for new amendments will be accepted up until April 15, 2012.  All proposals that are submitted, will be read aloud by the Bylaw Committee at the Local Lodge meeting on May 1, 2012.  They will then be read again at the next Local Lodge meeting on June 5, 2012.  During the readings on June 5th, there will be an opportunity for  discussion and then all bylaw proposals will be voted on. 

If you would like to propose a change in the bylaws, please fill out the form completely and either bring to the April 3rd Local Lodge meeting, hand in to a member of the bylaw committee, or fax to 310-676-7104 by April 15, 2012.
