Local Lodge 1932 Meeting Notice - July 7, 2026 at 4pm

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
The next monthly business meeting will be held on July 7th, 2026 at 4:00pm.

AGENDA ITEMS

1. Approval to send 1 person to JATSC Ground Safety Training Conference at W3, November 30 thru December 4, 2026. Cost to include lost time, W3 Per Diem and customary expenses.
2. Approval to buy 1 table @ $3,000 for the 45th annual GDA Charity Banquet in Las Vegas, Saturday November 14th, 2026. Attendees to be determined.
3. Approval to send 4 people to the IAM Woman’s and Young Workers Conference, September 19 thru September 23, 2026, at the Palmer House Hilton Chicago. Cost to include $125.00 registration fee, transportation to/from airport to hotel, Per Diem, $229.00 hotel per night + taxes, lost time and customary expenses.
4. Approval to cover Local 1932 audit, cost to include lost time for 5 days for the Trustees and ST. 4 days for the auditors. Up to $1,000 for food and refreshments.
5. Approval for 2 days lost time for American Airlines Committee Member to escort IAM Pension Fund Representatives on the ramp and terminal, August 19 and August 20, 2026.
